Juli, I wanted to write to you to let you know how much we appreciate all that you have done for us as our realtor. For starters, you were extremely patient with showing us over 50 homes over more than a 3 month time span. You never rushed us if we lingered pointlessly and always offered to reshow us any of the ones we were considering. You were organized and provided a welcome packet and MLS information printed out for each house we were viewing which made it easy to keep notes.

Then, when the offer was accepted by the bank, we were working under a tight schedule to close on the house. You helped to notify us of obstacles that were being encountered and other parties who were not performing their jobs. You also stayed on top of all aspects of the process to make sure we got to the closing without any hindrances. If it wasn't for you I believe we may have lost the house or at least forfeited our entire escrow payment.
